Taylah Lindsay
Director & Occupational Therapist
Taylah is a paediatric occupational therapist who supports children aged 3 to 15 years to develop the functional skills they need to thrive in everyday life. She is passionate about working alongside children and their families to build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation across home, school, and community environments.
Taylah values a collaborative, family-centred approach. She works closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, goal-focused, and tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Taylah has a strong interest in movement-based and sensory-rich therapy, using engaging, play-based approaches to help children regulate, connect, and learn. She believes therapy should be both effective and enjoyable, creating a supportive environment where children feel safe to explore and grow.

Taylah has experience working with children with a range of developmental needs, including Autism (Level 2 & 3), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and Intellectual Disabilities. She is dedicated to supporting each child’s unique strengths while helping them:

Therapy Dog
Alfie is a friendly Cavoodle who brings warmth, joy, and a calming presence to sessions at Sprout & Co Therapies. He loves play, getting outdoors, and living an active, healthy lifestyle, especially trips to the beach. Alfie enjoys pats, walks, and the occasional treat, and naturally helps children feel relaxed, engaged, and comfortable during therapy.
